A perfect project for using up scraps. Make it true scrappy or coordinated. Choose seasonal colours or use Christmas fabrics. Choose a solid background or a colour with texture - make it neutral or use your favourite colour. Make them with funky, fun, bright, classy or traditional - anything goes.

The trivets are made with the quilt-as-you-go method of stitch & flip so the quilting is done when the piecing is done. Traditional piecing and quilting can also be used to create these fun trivets.
