Hey everyone,
Apologies for not posting this past week, it’s been just crazy around here in the studio getting ready for CreativFestival. Not only did I have to get everything ready for our booth in the show I taught two classes and made two quilts to display in the booth. Yes, Michael thinks I’m some kind of super-natural being and the girls at Country Concessions this I’m just plain crazy. His eyes especially bugged out when he realized that I had started and finished Follow The Arrow on Tuesday. Well, okay, I pulled the threads through in the car on the way to Toronto yesterday morning.
I’m teaching a few classes this week at CreativFestival. The first class, on Wednesday, was on mini Art Quilts. This was a really fun class and had everyone working well outside their comfort zones, learning lots and having fun. Last night, I was teaching the Stitch and Flip quilting technique with a great group of quilters.
Here are some photos from the Mini Art Quilt Class.
And here is the whole class:
Happy Quilting and I look forward to seeing many of you this weekend,
Jen
