Hey Everyone, welcome back to Coffee Talk Saturday.
Last Sunday when we were at my nephew’s in-laws in Newfoundland enjoying a great afternoon Kimm’s nephew picked a little flower for her. I am not sure how he even saw it in the grass as it is so tiny.
The flowers themselves are only a quarter inch in diameter and the leaves were about an inch long. So delicate and beautiful. Perfect for one of my flower patterns. I promise I will make them a bit bigger so we are not working with ⅛″ strips to make the Bargello runs.
I have no idea what they are but if anyone does please share in the comment sections.
A perfect bridal bouquet for Barbie or Tom Thumb’s fiancée.
Happy Quilting!
Forget-me-not.
Is the little flower.
I think it is a Forget Me Not there are photos on google. I also made two Forget me Not quilts last year designed by Esther Aliu that had those tiny flowers in it . Bunny
Thanks Ruth, Bunny! Bunny, I would love to see pictures of your quilts. Did you post them somewhere?
I have these sin my garden every spring . They re-seed and are abundant. I love them . It is a sea of blue when they bloom.
