Refund Policy

At Quiltsbyjen.ca, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The item must not have been used, washed, or damaged.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that custom products and digital download products are not refundable.

Online classes are also non-refundable, except in cases where there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing the course content. If you are experiencing technical issues, please contact us at info@quiltsbyjen.ca so that we can assist you.

Live online classes are further subject to the following cancellation policy:

Lecture Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are available for this lecture
• You may transfer your registration to another time slot if one exists

To initiate a return for non-custom/non-digital download items, please contact us at info@quiltsbyjen.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace or refund the item as soon as possible.
